Relying on coverage through work? Group plans typically cap at 1-2x salary and end when the job does. Is employer coverage enough?
Moved here on a work visa? The metroplex draws a lot of international talent, and most of it is insurable. Life insurance for foreign nationals explains which carriers accept which visa types.

The Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex spans four counties and more than 7 million people - and the planning needs shift noticeably as you move across it. We work the whole footprint by phone and video.

Why the metroplex plans differently by area

North corridor (Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper)

Fast-growing, corporate relocations, business owners. Income protection, buy-sell funding and tax-advantaged accumulation come up most.

Mid-Cities (Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller)

Established and affluent. Estate liquidity, survivorship and long-term care planning dominate.

Dallas proper

Enormously varied - first mortgages in East Dallas, estate planning in Preston Hollow and the Park Cities.

Fort Worth & west

Family protection, mortgage protection and final expense are the common starting points.

Business owners metro-wide

Buy-sell agreements, key-person coverage and SBA loan collateral assignment.

Anyone with health history

Rates are filed with state regulators, so your premium is identical whether you buy direct or through an advisor - anywhere in DFW. What changes is which carrier underwrites your file. For anyone with any health history, that difference is worth far more than convenience.

DFW Metroplex - FAQ

What areas of DFW do you serve?

The entire metroplex - Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Allen, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Irving, Arlington, Garland, Richardson, Flower Mound and the surrounding communities across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties.

How do consultations work across DFW?

By phone or video, wherever you are in the metroplex. That works identically to meeting face to face for application, underwriting and delivery purposes, and it means a Fort Worth or McKinney family gets exactly the same service as one in Dallas without anyone driving across the metroplex.

Does life insurance cost more in one part of DFW than another?

No. Life insurance rates are filed with state regulators at the state level, so your address within Texas does not change the premium the way it can for auto or homeowners insurance. Age, health, tobacco use, coverage amount and carrier selection are what drive cost.

I'm relocating to DFW for work. Can you still help?

Yes. We are licensed in 19 states including Texas and Florida, so in many cases we can begin before you arrive and keep the policy in place afterward. Coverage you own personally follows you regardless of where you live or work.
