Message frequency varies based on your enquiry and typically ranges from a few messages per month to occasional conversational replies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any product or service. You can work with us entirely by phone and email if you prefer, and declining SMS will never affect the advice you receive or the rates available to you.
We honour opt-out requests immediately. You may also ask us to remove your number by calling or emailing us directly.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability and to your device and plan.
Appointments booked through this site are consultations only. Booking a call does not create an insurance policy, bind coverage, or guarantee that coverage will be offered or approved. Consultations are provided by phone or video.
DG Life Group is compensated by commission from the issuing insurance company when a policy or contract is placed. Insurance rates are filed with state regulators, so the premium you pay is the same whether you purchase directly or through a broker. Where we recommend an annuity, we are subject to the best-interest obligations of the NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation as adopted in your state.
This site links to third-party resources including the NAIC Life Insurance Policy Locator, MIB, and state insurance departments. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. We link to them because they are the correct free resources for the situations described, and we receive no compensation for doing so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Insurance products and producer conduct are additionally governed by the insurance laws and regulations of the state in which you reside.
