As a licensed insurance producer, we are also subject to federal and state financial privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect certain technical information automatically, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring site. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for website analytics and advertising measurement. Some of these technologies are used for targeted advertising, meaning information about your visit may be used to show you our ads on other platforms.

Text message (SMS) information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Insurance carriers and their underwriters, to obtain quotes and process applications you authorize
Service providers that operate our website, scheduling, quoting, and customer-relationship tools, under obligations to protect your information

Sale and sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Your choices and rights

Communications. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to text messages. We may still contact you about an application in progress.
Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some site features may not work if you do.
Targeted advertising. You can limit ad targeting through your Google and Meta ad settings, or through your browser’s cookie and tracking controls. You may also contact us using the details below to request that we stop using your information for targeted advertising, and we will honor that request.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. Note that licensed insurance producers are financial institutions subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and several state privacy laws - including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act - contain exemptions for GLBA-regulated entities or GLBA-regulated data.
